What does the AI coach actually do?

Each topic uses instructions tailored to that skill. The coach can help you clarify a goal, rehearse wording or a situation, reflect on what happened and choose a practical next step. A completed conversation can produce a saved recap and next step in your account.

The coaches are AI systems, not people or licensed professionals. Responses can be inaccurate, and results are not guaranteed. The service does not provide therapy, diagnosis, medical advice or emergency support.

How can I try it?

An introductory purchase covers one call on one topic, up to 20 minutes. Monthly and quarterly subscriptions support sessions up to 45 minutes, within a four-hour allowance per calendar month in UTC. Compare prices and billing options, or explore the 45 coaching topics.

What happens to my information?

Audio is processed to provide the call and transcription. Session recaps are saved in your account. Optional Analytics requires your permission, and excludes coaching topics, conversations and personal form details. Read the Privacy policy and Terms for the full details.
