FAQ
What happens in the first session?
You meet the AI coach for your chosen topic, talk through one goal you care about, and leave with a small, practical next step to try. An introductory session is one voice call of up to 20 minutes.
Are the coaches real people?
No. Every coach is AI and configured for a specific topic. The coaches are not human, licensed or clinically qualified.
Can I change topics?
Yes. An introductory session covers one topic. With a subscription you can switch topics as your focus changes.
How do subscriptions work?
Monthly plans renew every month; Quarterly plans renew every three months. Sessions last up to 45 minutes, with four hours of coaching per calendar month in UTC. Unused monthly time does not roll over. Cancel from your account and keep access until the end of your paid period. Any prorated plan-change charge must be shown before you confirm.
What do I need for a session?
A phone or computer with a microphone, a supported browser, an internet connection and a quiet place to talk. You allow microphone access when starting the call. There is nothing to install.
Which currency will I pay in?
Choose US dollars, euros or pounds using the currency switch. Euro and pound prices include VAT; applicable sales tax is added to US dollar prices at checkout. The payment form shows the final total before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Request a refund for an unused introductory session within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@lifeskill.studio. Technical failures are reviewed individually. This policy does not limit your mandatory consumer rights. See the Terms for details.
Is this therapy, and who is it for?
Lifeskill Studio is for adults aged 18 and over who want practical skills coaching. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, medical advice or emergency support. If you need clinical support, contact a qualified professional.
